The Team Kaizen Defense/Libero Clinic is designed for defensive athletes to learn to control the first contact in various defensive situations, as well as the tactics and mindset of a successful liberos. Athletes will learn to read attackers to set themselves up for the best possible chance for a quality dig.

 

Players should bring a pair of sweatshirt and sweatpants for segments that include heavy amounts of diving.
